This Notice explains how we obtain, use and disclose your personal information, in accordance with the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPIA”).

What information do we collect from you?

We collect and process your personal information in order to secure your booking and provide services to you and to maintain a database of loyal customers so that we can communicate with you. We collect information directly from you where you provide us with your personal details or from travel agents or any other organisation who approach us to make bookings on your behalf to provide services to you. We will inform you what information it mandatory and what information is optional. We may use cookies to collect information about how you use our website or social media pages. How we use your information

What is personal information?

According to the Protection of Personal Information Act personal information is information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person for example:

  • Telephone number;
  • Gender, race or ethnicity;
  • Religion or religious beliefs; and
